We want to present you the most important person on our kitchen – Ruslan Potapov, the chef. He has 22-years-experience, 3 of which he spent abroad, improving his skills and toping up his personal collection of recipes with different types of fowl. Ruslan had worked as sous-chef, cook and a chef in such famous Odessa restaurants as Steak House, Khutorok and Lyustdorf Brewery. Ruslan started running The Roastery kitchen from 2017 and now gives preference to American and local steaks of dry and wet aging. You can notice his professional style in every bite of a steak!
