It’s impossible not to try coffee in The Roastery when you come across.

Espresso-blends come directly from Italy, and unique coffee beans come from all over the globe. We take control under coffee brewing during all stages: our barista roast beans personally and bring the taste to perfection.

Choose what you like more: coffee classics or alternative methods of brewing. For example, pour-over has a thin taste and balanced intensity while espresso has rich and bold flavor.

Meet — our head bartender Ivan Sharunov!

Vanya started as a bartender back in 2008 in one of Donetsk restaurants called Tequila Boom. After 3 years of practice and self-improvement, he moved to Odessa, where had been working for 2 years as a head bartender at the Granat cafe.

In 2015, Vanya understood that he is ready for a dynamic growth — that’s when we met him at The Roastery.

Vanya is in love with everything truly American and coffee just like all of us. As a genuine coffee lover, Vanya never stops experimenting, and if you peek him in on doing his work, it is impossible not to notice the emotions of pleasure because of the process and creating something completely new.

Vanya loves The Roastery for a cohesive team and a mix of nightlife with the daytime calm of Arcadia, when you can calmly enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Vanya loves trying new coffee blends, comparing their aftertaste and treating the team with a fragrant pourover.

If we’re talking about alcohol, Vanya prefers Bulleit Bourbon based cocktails, and from coffee drinks he recommends a single-origin flat white for its balance and aesthetics.

«Who is that guy and why do I see him on all the pages of the menu?» Meet the chief-barista of The Roastery – Ivan Sharunov! He joined us from the very beginning – we roasted tons of coffee beans together and celebrated first victories with glasses of Americano. Today his knowledge is enough for the whole team: he is professional barista who knows all the latest coffee trends.   Make sure to visit The Roastery and talk to him and you’ll definitely fall in love with coffee!
